Responsibilities include:
- Review investment valuationanalysis, query anomalies and investigate appropriately
- Assess investment committeememorandums
- Build a relationship with thirdparty valuers, ensuring suitable due diligence
- Review internal valuationmaterial
- Consider fund onboardingactivities through a valuation lens
- Ensure Board meetings andmanagement meetings have relevant reporting materials
- Consider existing valuationprocesses and frameworks, identify areas for improvement or amendments throughup to date knowledge of the market and regulatory implications
- Propose and drive throughchange and agreed recommendations that will have a positive impact of thevaluation team
